The Canadian Education Summit is open to every interested adult from age 18+. Any one that intends to attend is advice to follow the guidelines below carefully.

1. Complete the registration and obtain an ID Number.
2. Make your payment of $5,800 in full to ACTLAP designated account (fees cover, event brochure, souvenir, two night reservation, and one day weekend tour through Toronto)
3. Proceed with visa application process (you can apply directly to Canadian High Commission or seek ACTLAP services
4. NOTE that we will NOT be responsible for any visas refusal. However, there will be refunds of some fees after deduction of administrative cost and liabilities should any refusal occurs.
5. Summit registration fees, reservation fees, visa and biometric fees are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
6. In the case of visa refusal or for other reasons, delegates have the option of attending the summit online and receive their electronic certificate of attendance with the paper presentation.
7. All other non processing payments made for the summit are FULLY REFUNDABLE.

9. All payment are in $USD and should be paid to ACTLAP Bank Account in Canada.
10. Details will be provided at the end of your online registration.

12. Summit registration fee payment details will only be provided to interested delegates who have completed the initial online registration and provided the documents stated above.
